 It is our pleasure to inform that the Second Annual General Meeting (“2nd AGM”) of PERSATUAN PENCINTA TEKSTIL TRADISI MALAYSIA (“CITRA”) will be conducted on a hybrid basis, whereby a combination of virtual and on-site meeting. The virtual basis meeting will be through a live streaming and online remote voting from the broadcast venue, details as set out below:-

Saturday, 7 December 2024, 09:30 a.m – 12:30 p.m

Registration time : 08:00 a.m

Online Meeting Platform

The Broadcast Venue is strictly for the purpose of complying with Section 327(2) of the Companies Act 2016 which requires the Chairman/Chairperson of the Meeting to be present at the main venue of the 2nd AGM.

Should you require a copy of the digital Audited Financial Account 2024, please request via  email to hello@citramalaysia.com 

If you wish to appoint a proxy to attend, participate, speak (in the form of real time submission of typed texts) and vote on your behalf at the 2nd AGM, you may deposit your signed proxy form by electronic lodgement via hello@citramalaysia.com no later than Monday, 2nd December, 5pm.
